Mike Earman Appointed Vice President of Health System Partnerships
Scholars Network has named Mike Earman as Vice President, Health System Partnerships. He will focus on building clinical talent pipelines between healthcare systems and educational institutions.

Scholars Network, part of Noodle, announced the appointment of Mike Earman as Vice President, Health System Partnerships. In this role, Earman will lead the organization's efforts to forge and deepen connections with healthcare systems nationwide.
The primary objective is to establish sustainable talent pipelines for the healthcare workforce by partnering with the colleges and universities that educate future professionals. Earman brings over a decade of experience in the healthcare sector. He previously served at Laudio, a company focused on AI-enabled solutions for healthcare workforce engagement and retention, which grew to serve over 150 hospitals before its acquisition by Ascend Learning in 2025.
Prior to Laudio, Earman spent eight years at Relias, a provider of healthcare education technology and analytics. During his tenure, he was instrumental in scaling the company's enterprise health system partnerships, facilitated by numerous mergers and acquisitions.
Earman's extensive background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment, development, and retention challenges faced by healthcare systems. Scholars Network aims to leverage this expertise to bridge the gap between healthcare employers and educational institutions, thereby strengthening the healthcare workforce.
