Mill Creek Residential Opens Leasing for Modera Second Avenue in Denver
Mill Creek Residential has launched leasing for its new multifamily development in Denver's Cherry Creek North neighborhood. The property expects its first residents to move in this November.
Mill Creek Residential has commenced preleasing for Modera Second Avenue, a residential midrise located at 195 Cook Street in Denver. The property consists of 110 units, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts with an average size of 1,264 square feet. The project features 17 top-floor loft units and provides 90 homes with private outdoor spaces.
The development is pursuing NGBS Gold Certification and includes extensive amenities such as a fitness studio, a rooftop deck with mountain views, cold plunge and sauna facilities, and a controlled-access parking garage with electric vehicle charging stations. Units are equipped with smart home technology, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
According to Tyler Wilson, senior managing director of development for Mill Creek Residential, the project adds to the firm's footprint in the Cherry Creek area. The company, based in Boca Raton, continues to focus on developing and operating multifamily housing across major U.S. markets. Initial move-ins are scheduled to begin in November.
