Millrose Properties faces class action lawsuit over alleged securities violations
Shareholders are invited to join a class action lawsuit against Millrose Properties following allegations of misleading statements regarding its business model.

Law firm Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP (SBS) has announced a class action lawsuit against Millrose Properties, Inc. (NYSE: MRP), alleging violations of the U.S. Securities Exchange Act. The litigation centers on claims that the company provided false and misleading information to investors regarding its operational scope.
According to the complaint, Millrose publicly stated that its objectives were restricted to land acquisitions and horizontal development. However, the suit alleges that the firm deviated from this strategy by entering into lease agreements and purchasing $200 million worth of properties from Lennar—assets that were reportedly leased at a loss. Plaintiffs argue these actions contradicted official disclosures, leading to financial damages when the reality of the company's position was revealed.
The class period covers activity between February 7, 2025, and October 2, 2026. Affected shareholders have until December 8, 2026, to apply for the role of lead plaintiff.
