Millrose Properties Faces Securities Class Action Deadline
Investors with losses exceeding $100,000 in Millrose Properties securities have a December 8, 2026 deadline to file lead plaintiff applications in a class action lawsuit.

Investors who purchased or acquired Millrose Properties, Inc. (NYSE: MRP) securities between February 7, 2025, and October 2, 2026, are nearing a critical deadline to file as lead plaintiff in a securities class action lawsuit against the company. The deadline to submit applications is December 8, 2026. The case is filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
The lawsuit alleges that Millrose and certain of its executives failed to disclose material information during the class period, violating federal securities laws. On October 2, 2026, a report by Hunterbrook Media revealed that Millrose had purchased approximately $200 million worth of homes from its former parent company, Lennar, and was leasing them, contrary to previous assurances. The report further alleged that Millrose appeared to be renting these homes at a loss.
Following this news, Millrose's stock price fell by $2.10, or 8.5%, from $24.61 to $22.51 per share. The case is identified as Rubenstein et al v. Millrose Properties, Inc. et al., No. 26-cv-81386.
