Millrose Properties Faces Securities Class Action Lawsuit
Investors who purchased Millrose Properties shares between February 2025 and October 2026 may join a class action lawsuit by December 8, 2026.

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Millrose Properties, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. The complaint alleges that the company misled shareholders regarding its business operations and objectives during a period spanning February 7, 2025, through October 2, 2026.
The litigation follows a report by Hunterbrook alleging that the firm purchased approximately $200 million in residential properties from developer Lennar. The report claimed that these properties were being leased at a loss, contradicting previous disclosures about the company's intended focus on land acquisitions and development. Following the report's release on October 2, 2026, Millrose shares fell by 8.53%.
Legal counsel representing shareholders, Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP, asserts that the company failed to disclose its entry into lease agreements and its financial exposure to the property portfolio. Investors impacted by the stock drop have until December 8, 2026, to move the court to serve as lead plaintiff.
