Milrem LCM and BAE Systems sign maintenance contract for Estonian CV90 vehicles
Milrem LCM, an Estonian defence vehicle lifecycle management company, has signed a contract with BAE Systems to provide maintenance and repair services for Estonia's CV9035 Infantry Fighting Vehicles (IFVs).

Milrem LCM, an Estonian company specializing in defense vehicle lifecycle management and a subsidiary of Patria, has entered into a maintenance support contract with BAE Systems for Estonia's CV9035 Infantry Fighting Vehicles (IFVs). Under the agreement, Milrem LCM will handle maintenance and repair services for the vehicles at its facilities in Estonia.
The contract is part of BAE Systems' broader agreement with the Estonian government to sustain 44 CV9035 vehicles acquired from the Netherlands in 2014. This collaboration aims to ensure the long-term operational capability and development of the vehicles for the Estonian Defence Forces.
Milrem LCM is also partnering with BAE Systems on a rebuild program for CV90 Support Vehicles. This initiative is expected to cover the maintenance, repair, and rebuilding of an additional 37 CV90 MkI vehicles procured from Norway. These support vehicles will be integrated into the same mechanized battalion as the CV9035 IFVs.
Milrem LCM is 60% owned by Patria and 40% by Mootor Grupp. Patria is an international provider of defense, security, and aviation lifecycle support services. The CV90 platform is operated by seven nations, with over 1,280 vehicles in 15 variants in service.
