Minesto adapts organization to strengthen customer service
Minesto is implementing organizational changes to enhance the commercial readiness of its service offering. The move aims to increase flexibility and efficiency in customer deliveries.

Minesto has announced organizational changes aimed at improving the commercial readiness and customer service of its offerings. The company seeks to bolster its operational efficiency and flexibility.
Under the new structure, site installation and operations, including handling, will be managed through customer delivery projects. The Vestmanna Site Project is cited as an example. While Minesto's proprietary methods and technology will remain central, these activities will primarily be executed by external and local resources.
Technology development related to operational methods and tools will be integrated into the company's product development. Chief Technology Officer Bernt Erik Westre will lead this integrated effort.
The reorganization is intended to strengthen Minesto's position in the ocean energy sector and support the company's continued commercialization and scaling efforts.
