Mintos Launches Free ETF Investing from €1
Mintos, a European multi-asset investment platform, has introduced Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), offering access to over 1,000 funds with no transaction or custody fees and a minimum investment of just €1.

European investment platform Mintos has opened access to Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). The company announced in July 2026 that clients can now invest in over 1,000 ETFs without transaction fees for buying or selling, no custody charges, and a minimum investment of only one euro.
Martins Sulte, CEO and co-founder of Mintos, stated that European investor interest in ETFs has grown significantly. In 2025, European investors put a record €330 billion into ETFs. Sulte noted that ETFs are often the first step for many investors due to their diversification and transparency, and Mintos aims to remove all investment barriers.
The new service includes over 1,000 ETFs compliant with the UCITS directive, from well-known global fund providers such as iShares, VanEck, and Vanguard. Mintos offers the option to either select investments yourself or use a pre-built Mintos Core ETF portfolio, which is automatically rebalanced. Additionally, the company plans to launch an "investment plans" feature later, allowing investors to automate recurring investments.
The importance of fee-free investing is particularly crucial for small, regular deposits. When the investment amount is small, even minor fees can represent a significant percentage of the invested capital. Under Mintos' model, the entire invested amount goes directly into the ETF.
