This transaction represents a significant increase in the foundation's stake.

Following this acquisition, MJ Foundation Fundacja Rodzinna now holds 22,259,110 shares, accounting for 16.52% of Gentoo Media Inc.'s total outstanding shares and voting rights. The combined holdings of associates close to Mateusz Juroszek now amount to 28,702,136 shares.
