Regarding CX enhancement, data was described as the 'voice of the customer,' with predictive analytics enabling businesses to anticipate needs and build loyalty. Predictions for 2025 include AI enabling 'no-support-needed' customer journeys and hyper-personalization creating 'Segments of One.' Voice-activated CX is also expected to seamlessly connect digital and physical experiences.
