Moa Technology raises £22.2 million in Series C funding
Moa Technology, an agricultural biotechnology firm, announced it has secured £22.2 million in a Series C financing round. The round was co-led by Oxford Science Enterprises and Supernova Invest.

OXFORD, England, July 23, 2026 – Agricultural biotechnology company Moa Technology announced today that it has secured £22.2 million in a Series C financing round. The round was co-led by Oxford Science Enterprises (OSE) and Supernova Invest.
New investors joining the company include Agri Investment Fund (AIF), GrainInnovate, Infinity Investment Partners, and Magdalen College Oxford. Existing investors such as Lansdowne Partners and Parkwalk also participated in the round.
Moa Technology focuses on discovering novel mode of action herbicides to combat weed resistance to existing crop protection products. In the past two years, the company has established research and development collaborations with four major industry players, including Corteva Agriscience and Nufarm.
The newly raised funds will be used to advance the commercialization of Moa's three most advanced herbicide programs, expand its pipeline of early-stage novel herbicides, and further develop its Moa Amplifiers program, which aims to reduce the amount of herbicide required.
