Mobavenue Q2 Net Profit Climbs 54% as Revenue Reaches ₹76.7 Cr
Adtech firm Mobavenue reported a 54% year-over-year profit increase for the second quarter of fiscal year 2027, driven by a 41% rise in operating revenue.

Mobavenue, formerly known as Lucent Industries, posted a consolidated net profit of ₹11.3 Cr for the quarter ending in September, up from ₹7.3 Cr in the same period last year. Operating revenue for the period reached ₹76.7 Cr, marking a 41.2% growth compared to the previous year.
While year-over-year figures show growth, the company saw a slight sequential cooling, with net profit dipping approximately 3% from the ₹11.7 Cr reported in the preceding quarter. Total expenses rose to ₹62.2 Cr, largely attributed to a 34.6% increase in supply and data costs and a 63.1% surge in employee benefit expenses.
The board has declared an interim dividend of ₹0.10 per equity share, with November 13 set as the record date. Company promoters Prachi, Kunal Kothari, and Tejas Rathod have opted to waive their dividend entitlements for this distribution.
