Modern Dental Group announced its financial results for the six months ending June 30, 2025, reporting a net profit of 288.7 million HKD, an increase of 34.7% compared to the same period in 2024. Revenue for the period rose by 7.8% to 1.83 billion HKD.

The revenue growth was primarily attributed to organic expansion across European and Australian markets, bolstered by the January 2025 acquisition of Thailand-based Hexa Ceram. EBITDA rose by 21.6% to 456.7 million HKD, leading the board to declare an interim dividend of 10.7 HK cents per share. Gross profit margins reached approximately 54.8%.

Operationally, the group benefited from the continued industry shift toward digital dentistry. The volume of digital solution cases processed at its production facilities in mainland China, Thailand, and Vietnam grew by 24.4%, reflecting a rise in the use of intra-oral scanners by dental practitioners. Europe remains the group’s largest market, accounting for 50.2% of total revenue.

Despite a softening global demand for dental procedures and geopolitical trade uncertainties, the company maintained growth by leveraging its diversified international production network. The results highlight the group's ongoing efforts to consolidate its position in the global prosthetics market through digital transformation.
