Modern Times Group MTG's Nomination Committee Convenes for 2027 Annual Meeting

Modern Times Group MTG AB (publ) has announced that its Nomination Committee has convened ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting. The committee was formed in accordance with a resolution passed by shareholders at a previous meeting.

Members of the 2027 Nomination Committee include Christian Rauda, appointed by EHM Holding GmbH; Klaus Roehrig, appointed by Active Ownership Corporation; and Malin Björkmo, appointed by Handelsbanken Fonder AB. Typically, the committee also includes the company's chairman. The committee will conduct its work between autumn 2026 and spring 2027.
