Venture capital firm Moderne Ventures announced on October 13, 2026, that it has selected seven new companies for its Fall 2026 Moderne Passport program. The six-month intensive program provides participants with education, exposure, and relationships to help drive customer growth.
Moderne Ventures focuses on investing in transformative technologies such as AI, robotics, and fintech, aiming to introduce these innovations into established, large-scale industries like real estate, finance, and insurance. The selected companies represent a diverse range of technological solutions.
The chosen companies include Buildcheck, an AI-powered drawing review service to catch construction errors; DenZen, offering embedded income disruption protection; GC AI, an AI platform for legal teams; Nemu, an operating system for managing personal belongings; Permute, providing custom software solutions; and Split Pay, a fintech platform for flexible payment options. These companies hail from various locations across the United States.
"Every class brings founders tackling problems our network deals with every day," said Carolyn Kwon, Managing Director at Moderne Ventures. "We put them in front of the right decision-makers and share what we're hearing from top operators in real time, so they can win customers faster and grow with confidence."
Moderne Ventures accepts applications for its Passport program on a rolling basis, with the next cohort scheduled to launch in the spring. The firm has an 18-year track record and manages over $600 million in assets across five funds.
