Mohawk Industries Appoints An Nuyttens as President of Global Flooring Segment

Mohawk Industries (NYSE: MHK) announced the appointment of An Nuyttens as President of its Flooring Rest of the World segment. Nuyttens will assume the position in mid-October, overseeing the company's international flooring, panel, and insulation businesses across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America, including Unilin.

Nuyttens brings over 30 years of international leadership experience from her career at Solvay, a global chemical company. Her background includes senior executive roles in Europe and the United States, with global responsibilities for strategy, operations, business growth, and transformation across various industries and markets.

The company stated that Nuyttens has a proven track record of driving sustainable growth, building strong customer partnerships, and developing high-performing organizations. Her appointment is part of Mohawk Industries' long-term growth strategy, where the Flooring Rest of the World segment plays a critical role.

Paul De Cock, who will become Mohawk Industries' Chief Executive Officer at the end of September and has been serving as interim leader for the segment, described Nuyttens as exceptionally well-suited due to her deep operational expertise and experience in complex international markets.
