Mohawk Industries names Paul De Cock President of North America Flooring Segment
Mohawk Industries has appointed Paul De Cock as the new President of its Flooring North America segment. He succeeds Brian Carson.

Calhoun, Georgia – Mohawk Industries has named Paul De Cock as president of its Flooring North America segment. De Cock, who has served as president of the company's Flooring Rest of World segment for the past ten years, will take over the role following Brian Carson's departure on November 12, 2018.
With over 20 years of experience in the flooring market across Europe and the U.S., De Cock has led the manufacturing of Mohawk's major product categories, including carpet, laminate, LVT, and wood. His background includes extensive experience managing manufacturing operations and multinational sales organizations.
Jeff Lorberbaum, chairman and CEO of Mohawk Industries, highlighted De Cock's extensive market knowledge and track record. De Cock previously led the company's North American hard surface business, growing brands like Quick-Step, integrating acquisitions, and expanding sales channels. He also played a key role in the integration of Pergo and the development of LVT manufacturing.
De Cock's experience also encompasses leading global sales organizations and managing acquisitions. Most recently, he oversaw the acquisition of Godfrey Hirst, Australia and New Zealand's largest carpet manufacturer, and its subsequent integration. Mohawk Industries anticipates De Cock will drive continued success in the North American market.
