Mohawk Industries announced on November 5, 2025, that Chief Financial Officer James F. Brunk intends to retire effective April 1, 2026. Nicholas P. Manthey, currently the Vice President of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations, has been appointed to succeed Brunk.

Mr. Brunk has served as CFO for two decades, a period during which the company states it grew into a global leader in flooring. His tenure included overseeing geographical expansion and the integration of significant acquisitions. Following his retirement, Mr. Brunk will continue to support Mohawk in a senior advisory capacity.

Mr. Manthey joined Mohawk in 2020, initially as CFO for the Flooring North America segment, before moving to his current role overseeing corporate finance and investor relations. His prior experience includes finance and leadership positions at Bridgestone and Intel, with a background in international manufacturing and technology companies.

Mohawk Industries is a global manufacturer of flooring products sold in approximately 180 countries. The company operates manufacturing facilities across North America, Europe, South America, Oceania, and Asia, producing a range of materials including ceramic tile, carpet, laminate, wood, stone, and vinyl flooring.
