Mohawk Industries Reports Q3 2025 Results
Mohawk Industries announced third quarter 2025 results with net sales of $2.8 billion, a 1.4% increase year-over-year. However, the company reported a decline in net earnings.

Mohawk Industries released its third quarter 2025 financial results, reporting net sales of $2.8 billion, marking a 1.4% increase compared to the prior year. However, the company's net earnings saw a decrease, totaling $109 million against $162 million in the same period last year.
While net sales met expectations, economic conditions across Mohawk's regions weakened more than anticipated. The company stated it believes it outperformed its markets, with sales benefiting from popular residential and commercial offerings. Productivity improvements, restructuring initiatives, favorable currency exchange, and lower interest expenses partially offset higher input costs and plant shutdowns.
Mohawk Industries anticipates that elevated material and energy expenses, along with prior-period impacts, will continue to affect fourth-quarter earnings. The company is implementing targeted actions, including operational enhancements and administrative process improvements, to reduce its cost structure. These new restructuring efforts are expected to yield approximately $32 million in annualized savings.
The company generated approximately $310 million in free cash flow during the quarter and repurchased shares for $40 million. Mohawk Industries is also continuing to address the impact of tariffs on imported products and is adjusting its strategies based on changing market conditions and rates.
