Hiller, who co-founded the firm with Rick Nordvold in 2010, assumes leadership as the consultancy expands its platform beyond core back-office functions.
Hiller has been instrumental in shaping Growth Operators for over 16 years, having previously served as President, CFO, and COO. She has led the firm's day-to-day operations for the past two years. The transition coincides with the firm's recognition on the Inc. 5000 list for the sixth consecutive year, highlighting its rapid growth.
The firm has recently broadened its service offerings to include Strategy & Execution, Talent Intelligence, Strategic IT, and Decision Intelligence & AI.
