Monarch Metal Launches Custom Z Clip Configurator

Monarch Metal Inc. has introduced a new online tool, "Build Your Custom Z Clip," allowing customers to configure and order custom aluminum Z clips and rails directly from the product page. The tool targets contractors, fabricators, and installers who require precise dimensions for their projects.

The configurator enables users to select the profile, exact finished length, hole size, and spacing according to their project needs. Customers can then review the final configuration and pricing before placing an order. This aims to eliminate the need for separate quote requests or lengthy email exchanges regarding specifications, thereby expediting the ordering process.

The tool supports six of Monarch's aluminum Z clip profiles, including high load capacity models. Rail lengths can be customized from 1.5 inches to 12 feet in 0.125-inch increments. Users can choose a desired hole diameter or opt for no holes, with hole spacing adjustable in 0.5-inch increments. The system automatically calculates the number of holes and centers the pattern.

Brandon Bingham, CEO of Monarch Metal, stated that the new tool directly addresses customer needs for exact components without extensive back-and-forth communication. He noted that most custom orders ship within two days. The company operates facilities in New York, Texas, and Nevada, facilitating prompt deliveries nationwide.

The configurator is accessible on both desktop and mobile devices and is designed to support various applications, including panel installations, millwork, and architectural projects with specific fastening requirements. Standard stock options remain available on the same product pages.
