Moneyview IPO Subscribed 3.55X on Day 2, Non-Institutional Investors Lead Demand
Digital lender Moneyview's ₹1,092 Cr IPO was subscribed 3.55 times by the second day of bidding, with non-institutional investors showing the strongest demand.

Digital lender Moneyview's ₹1,092 crore (approx. $131 million) Initial Public Offering (IPO) was subscribed 3.55 times by 1:15 PM IST on the second day of bidding. Demand was particularly strong from non-institutional investors (NIIs), who subscribed their portion 7.77 times.
The public issue offered 23.25 million shares, receiving bids for 82.65 million shares. NIIs bid for 39.01 million shares against the 5.02 million reserved for them. Retail investors subscribed their quota 3.67 times, while the portion for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) was subscribed only 0.09 times.
Moneyview has set the IPO price band at ₹32-₹34 per share. At the upper end, the company is valued at approximately ₹5,985 crore (approx. $718 million). The issue comprises a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹750 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of shares amounting to around ₹341.7 crore (approx. $41 million).
The company intends to use ₹325 crore of the proceeds to support loan disbursals, ₹250 crore to augment the capital base of its NBFC subsidiary Whizdm Finance, and the remainder for general corporate purposes. Moneyview offers personal loans, payments, investments, and insurance through its digital platform. Its net profit for the latest quarter (Q1 FY27) jumped 2.6 times to ₹173.8 crore from ₹67.2 crore a year prior.
