Moneyview Lists on BSE at 64% Premium
Digital lender Moneyview made a strong stock market debut on Wednesday, with shares listing at a premium of over 60% above the issue price. The company's stock saw an immediate rise upon listing.

Digital lender Moneyview debuted on the stock market on Wednesday with shares listing at a significant premium on both the BSE and NSE exchanges. On the BSE, the shares opened at ₹55.6, marking a 64% increase from the issue price of ₹34. The NSE saw a similar opening at ₹55, representing a nearly 62% premium.
At the time of listing, Moneyview's market capitalization reached ₹9,788.6 crore (approximately $1.01 billion) on the BSE. The company's ₹1,092 crore initial public offering (IPO) included a fresh issue of up to ₹750 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of over 10 million shares. The IPO was heavily oversubscribed, closing at 98.46 times its offering size, with institutional investors subscribing 227 times their allocated portion.
Key investors such as SBI Mutual Funds and Goldman Sachs participated in the IPO, collectively investing ₹327.5 crore. Founded in 2014, Moneyview provides unsecured personal loans, partnering with banks and NBFCs, and also issuing loans through its own NBFC arm, Whizdm Finance.
The funds raised will be used to strengthen its NBFC arm and to support loan disbursements. Moneyview reported a substantial increase in its financial performance, with consolidated net profit jumping 2.6 times in the first quarter of FY27 compared to the previous year.
