Moneyview sets price band for ₹1,092 Cr IPO, opens Sept 24

Fintech firm Moneyview has established its initial public offering (IPO) price range at ₹32-₹34 per equity share. The public subscription period will run from September 24 to September 28, with the company targeting a stock exchange listing on October 1.

The total IPO size is valued at approximately ₹1,092 crore (around $130 million). This includes a fresh issue of shares worth ₹750 crore, intended to bolster the company's capital, and an offer for sale (OFS) of existing shares by investors. The amount raised through the fresh issue has been reduced from earlier projections.

Co-founders Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal are among the selling shareholders, alongside major investors such as Accel, Tiger Global, and Ribbit Capital. Moneyview, founded in 2014, operates a digital platform offering loans, payments, investments, and insurance, primarily serving the Indian middle-income demographic.

The company intends to utilize the proceeds from the IPO to support its loan disbursement activities, strengthen its non-banking financial company (NBFC) subsidiary, and for general corporate purposes. Moneyview has previously raised over $250 million in private funding rounds.
