Moneyview's Q1 Profit Surges 159% Ahead of IPO
Digital lending platform Moneyview reported a first-quarter profit of ₹173.8 crore, a 159% year-over-year increase. The company is preparing for its initial public offering.

Digital lending platform Moneyview announced a first-quarter profit of ₹173.8 crore for FY27, marking a 158.8% increase from ₹67.2 crore in the same period last year. The company is advancing its plans for an initial public offering (IPO).
During the quarter, Moneyview's operating revenue grew by 50.2% to ₹1,041.1 crore, with total income rising 51.5% to ₹1,065.1 crore. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) saw an 88.1% jump to ₹424.3 crore. Loan disbursals increased by 40.3% to ₹7,152 crore, and assets under management (AUM) grew 27.2% to ₹22,520.2 crore.
The fintech company targets the "Middle India" segment, focusing on households with annual incomes between ₹3 Lakh and ₹11 Lakh. Moneyview operates as a lending service provider (LSP) for banks and NBFCs, earning fees for customer onboarding, credit assessment, and loan servicing. It also offers loans through its wholly-owned NBFC subsidiary, Whizdm Finance, generating interest income.
In the previous fiscal year (FY26), Moneyview's operating revenue increased by 43.3%, but its consolidated profit saw a modest 1% rise due to exceptional expenses. These included a one-time payout to its co-founder and CEO and losses from a cyber incident. Excluding these items, the profit growth for FY26 was significantly higher.
Moneyview's upcoming IPO will include a fresh issue of shares worth ₹750 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 10.05 crore equity shares. The company plans to use the proceeds to support loan disbursals and bolster its subsidiary's capital base.
