Monport Laser has launched the GPro Vision Split MOPA Fiber Laser series, aiming to enhance metal marking, engraving, and production applications with intelligent features. The series incorporates a high-resolution vision system, auto focus, and MOPA fiber laser technology for color engraving on metal surfaces.

The device's centerpiece is a 16MP HD camera that supports visual positioning, allowing for precise placement of graphics onto the workpiece. The series also supports batch engraving via an optional conveyor belt accessory, suitable for serial production. The MOPA fiber laser enables color marking on stainless steel, copper, and titanium, unlike standard fiber lasers. This technology also offers improved control over pulse width, suitable for deeper engraving and creating 3D reliefs.

The GPro Vision series is available in four models: a 50W standard fiber laser and 60W, 100W, and 200W MOPA fiber laser versions. Higher power models also allow for cutting thin metals such as brass. The unit features automatic focusing and an industrial-grade galvanometer, enabling engraving speeds between 10,000–22,000 mm/s. Precision reaches down to 0.01mm.

According to Monport, the GPro Vision series is designed for easy integration into existing production environments. It supports both Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as LightBurn and SapphireMark software. Optional accessories such as rotary attachments and fume extraction systems can be connected. The laser source has an expected service life of up to 100,000 hours.

Monport Laser's CEO stated that the series makes advanced laser technology more intelligent and accessible, improving customer productivity and expanding possibilities with modern fiber lasers.
