Monster Energy Athletes Claim Medals at X Games Chiba Day 1

Monster Energy’s roster of athletes captured several medals during the inaugural day of the X Games Chiba competition, held in Gifu, Japan.

Miharu Ozawa, a 16-year-old rider from Gifu, Japan, earned the gold medal in the Women’s BMX Park discipline. Germany’s Kim Lea Mueller, 24, secured the bronze medal in the same event.

In the Men's BMX Street competition, 30-year-old Jordan Godwin from Cardiff, Wales, took home the silver medal.

The multi-day event will continue with further competitions, where additional performances from the Monster Energy team are anticipated.
