Montessori Schools Adopt Unified Technology Platform with illumine

More than 100 Montessori schools across the United States have begun using the illumine software over the past six months. This shift represents a significant move away from previously fragmented technology stacks that complicated administrative processes.

Traditionally, many schools operated using multiple disparate systems for admissions, billing, attendance tracking, parent communication, and student records. This often resulted in duplicated work and disconnected information, particularly for organizations managing multiple campuses.

This situation is now changing through a collaboration between illumine and The Montessori Foundation. The partnership seeks to merge expertise in Montessori pedagogy with modern technology, including AI, to provide schools with more integrated and efficient operational methods.

"We are seeing Montessori schools rethink how they manage their daily operations," stated Navneet Rastogi, Founder and CEO of illumine. He noted that the software's tools, specifically developed for Montessori student observations and lesson planning, have accelerated adoption. The collaboration has also broadened discussions about technology's potential in Montessori education through webinars and workshops.
