Motonet to establish store in Hyllinge
Motonet will open a 4,700-square-meter store in the Hyllinge retail park by 2028. The site is managed by G&K Blanks Fastigheter, part of the Jula Holding group.
G&K Blanks Fastigheter, a subsidiary of Jula Holding, has signed a lease agreement with Motonet for a new retail space in Hyllinge. The planned facility will span approximately 4,700 square meters, with an opening target set for 2028.
The Hyllinge retail area currently hosts several established chains, including Jula, Willys, and Rusta. Karl-Johan Blank, owner of the Jula Holding group, described the addition of Motonet as a significant move in the long-term development of the site to increase its regional appeal.
Further development of the retail park is ongoing, with management citing strong interest from potential tenants. The project, supported by advisors from CBRE, forms part of a broader effort to solidify the location's status as a commercial hub.
