Motorola has released the Signature 27 smartphone, featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 processor and a 200MP telephoto camera.
Motorola has officially introduced its latest smartphone, the Signature 27, priced at $1,599. The device is initially launching exclusively in the United States.
At its core, the Signature 27 utilizes the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chip. To maintain performance, the manufacturer has integrated an upgraded cooling system, featuring a vapor chamber 40 percent larger than previous iterations and diamond-particle thermal gel. The device is built with an aluminum frame and carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
The camera array includes a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 200MP telephoto camera equipped with an EVS motion sensor to reduce blur. The hardware is paired with a 6.8-inch Tandem OLED display capable of 120Hz refresh rates and peak brightness of 12,000 nits.
Powering the device is a 7,000mAh battery supporting 90W wired and 50W wireless charging. The company has committed to seven years of system updates for the phone, which ships with Android 17.
