Mott's Modular Platforms Adapted for Industrial Use at WAREMA

Mott Mobile Systeme GmbH & Co. KG has successfully adapted its modular staging and platform systems for industrial applications, providing ergonomic solutions for manufacturing environments. The company delivered a custom setup to WAREMA, a manufacturer of solar shading systems, transforming stage-grade platforms into functional industrial workstations.

The project involved configuring Mott's "Praktikus 750" system, typically used for stages and events, to create a stable, elevated workspace. WAREMA required a higher working level to improve ergonomics on their production lines. The delivered solution comprises approximately 115 modular elements, forming a robust platform that raises the work surface by 70 cm.

This industrial adaptation meets specific requirements, including the ability to support loads of up to 750 kg/m² and demonstrating electrical conductivity resistance. Mott highlights that this modular approach offers a flexible and cost-effective alternative to permanent structural modifications for enhancing workplace efficiency and ergonomics.
