Mouser Electronics Adds Infineon Pressure Sensor 2Go Kit

Mouser Electronics has announced the availability of the Infineon Technologies XENSIV™ DPS310/368 Pressure Sensor 2Go Kit. This development kit features a miniaturized digital barometric pressure sensor with integrated temperature measurement, designed for applications requiring high accuracy and low power consumption.

The kit enables measurements within a pressure range of 300–1200 hPa and a temperature range of -40–85 °C. The pressure sensor boasts a precision of ±0.002 hPa, equivalent to an altitude difference of approximately 2 cm. The DPS368 variant is IPx8 certified, allowing for immersion in water up to 50 meters for one hour.

Equipped with an ARM Cortex-M0-based XMC1100 microcontroller and an onboard J-Link Lite debugger, the kit is powered via micro-USB. Sensor data is accessible through I²C or SPI interfaces. Compatibility with the Arduino IDE is provided, facilitating rapid prototyping.

A notable feature is the breakable head design, allowing the sensor module to be detached. This separation enables the microcontroller and debugger components to be used independently, offering flexibility for various development and testing scenarios.
