Mouser Electronics Distributes Espressif Systems' ESP32-C6-WROOM-1 Multiprotocol Modules

Mouser Electronics has started distributing Espressif Systems' ESP32-C6-WROOM-1 multiprotocol modules. These new modules are built around the ESP32-C6 system-on-chips and offer support for Wi-Fi 6 (IEEE 802.11ax), Bluetooth 5 (LE), Zigbee®, and Thread (IEEE 802.15.4) protocols.

The modules are designed for general-purpose IoT applications, including smart homes, industrial automation, healthcare, and consumer electronics. They feature a 32-bit RISC-V single-core processor, up to 8MB of flash memory, and 23 general-purpose input/output (GPIO) pins. Versions are available with either an onboard PCB antenna or an external antenna connector.

Espressif Systems' ESP32-C6-WROOM-1 modules provide advanced features such as OFDMA and MU-MIMO technologies in Wi-Fi 6, enhancing network capacity in high-density environments. They also support Zigbee 3.0 and Thread 1.3 standards, offering flexibility across various wireless networking protocols.

These modules operate within a power supply voltage range of 3.0V to 3.6V and are intended for operation in typical industrial temperature ranges of -40°C to +85°C. Mouser Electronics is a global authorized distributor of semiconductors and electronic components.
