The instructions outline several key functions, including logging into a "My Account" and checking order status within the "Order History" section. Customers can track shipment progress by clicking on the tracking number provided within the order details, offering real-time information on package location.
Furthermore, Mouser Electronics has simplified the process for reordering previous purchases. By selecting "Reorder Selected Items," customers can quickly add previously bought products to a new order. The service also features a part search capability, allowing users to locate items by part number, description, invoice, or PO number.
Customers can also view orders with open lines, shipment history, and access invoices or account statements directly from their order history. These tools aim to assist customers in managing their procurement and monitoring their spending patterns within the company's online platform.
