Mouser Electronics releases ESP32-S3 development board for LCD screens
Mouser Electronics has launched the ESP32-S3-LCD-EV-Board, a development platform supporting various LCD interfaces and designed for touchscreen product development.

Mouser Electronics has introduced the ESP32-S3-LCD-EV-Board, a development platform designed for integrating with LCD screens and enhancing touchscreen product development.
The board utilizes the ESP32-S3 processor and offers broad compatibility with different LCD interface types, including IIC, SPI, 8080, and RGB. It features dual microphones, enabling voice recognition and near/far-field voice wake-up capabilities, combining screen and voice interaction. This makes the platform suitable for developing prototypes of diverse touchscreen products.
The ESP32-S3-LCD-EV-Board comprises a mainboard and several optional subboards. These subboards accommodate various screen sizes and resolutions, ranging from 0.96-inch I2C displays to 3.95-inch RGB displays (480x480) and 4.3-inch RGB displays (800x480). The system is equipped with an ESP32-S3-WROOM-1 module, featuring 16 MB of flash memory and 8 MB of PSRAM.
Development is supported by the ESP-IDF framework, a FreeRTOS-based system that includes components for LCD, ADC, and SPI functionalities. Mouser Electronics provides detailed documentation and example projects to facilitate software development. The new development board is available for purchase through Mouser's online catalog.
