Mouser Electronics Starts Shipping New Renesas RA0E3 Microcontrollers
Mouser Electronics has begun stocking Renesas Electronics' new RA0E3 microcontrollers. These chips are designed for cost-sensitive consumer and industrial applications.
Mouser Electronics is now stocking the new RA0E3 microcontrollers (MCUs) from Renesas Electronics. These components are engineered for cost-sensitive designs requiring operation across wide voltage and temperature ranges.
The RA0E3 series, featuring an Arm Cortex-M23 core, is intended for entry-level RA0 series applications demanding low pin counts and reduced power consumption. The MCUs are pin-compatible with the RA0E1 and RA0E2 series, allowing for design scalability. They operate on a voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V and a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
These microcontrollers are suitable for smart building systems, industrial automation, small consumer appliances, and electronics applications. The RA0E3 offers 16 KB of code flash and 2 KB of SRAM.
Mouser also offers the Renesas Electronics FPB-RA0E3 Fast Prototyping Board, which facilitates evaluation and development with the RA0E3 MCUs. The board supports Arduino and Pmod interfaces for expansion and includes an integrated SEGGER J-Link emulator.
