MSI releases Cubi NUC WCG compact business desktop

MSI has expanded its professional hardware lineup with the launch of the Cubi NUC WCG, a space-saving desktop measuring 135.6 x 112.6 x 40.1 mm. Designed for commercial use, the unit emphasizes serviceability with a tool-less chassis design intended to simplify maintenance for IT departments.

The system utilizes Intel’s 3rd generation Core architecture and supports DDR5 SO-DIMM memory across two slots. Storage is facilitated by an M.2 2280 PCIe SSD slot, while network connectivity is handled by an Intel AX211 wireless module, supporting Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.4 standards.

Connectivity options for the device include a Thunderbolt 4 port, a 20Gbps USB-C port, and multiple USB-A ports at varying speeds. The unit also features dual HDMI 2.1 outputs and two Ethernet ports—one 2.5GbE and one 1GbE—allowing for flexible integration into various enterprise office configurations.
