MSP360 RMM Adds Public API for Data Integration
MSP360 has released a public API for its Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software, allowing direct data flow to external systems. This enables MSPs to integrate RMM data into their existing dashboards, PSA, and BI tools.

MSP360, a provider of backup, RMM, and remote access software for managed service providers, has announced a public API for its MSP360 RMM platform. The new interface grants external systems direct, read-only access to RMM data, facilitating the integration of endpoint information into managed service providers' existing dashboards, Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Previously, MSPs often faced challenges in automatically transferring MSP360 RMM data to their centralized management platforms. This resulted in fragmented visibility across multiple tools or required manual data export and re-import, increasing operational costs. The introduction of the public API aims to address these inefficiencies.
With the API, connected platforms can now request and receive RMM data directly, eliminating manual steps. While dashboards were identified as a primary integration target based on customer feedback, the API is compatible with any platform designed to consume it, including popular tools like Power BI, custom portals, and inventory databases.
Msp360 offers a suite of IT management solutions including backup, RMM, and remote access capabilities. This API release is part of the company's ongoing effort to streamline workflows for IT professionals and reduce manual administrative tasks.
