MTH Industries Appoints New Steel Operations Director and CFO

MTH Industries, a Chicago-based construction firm, has added two executives to its leadership team. Dann Jochum has been named Director of Steel Operations and Trang Huynh has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. According to the company, these appointments bolster the executive team's experience in operations, sales, and finance as MTH expands its range of construction and building solutions.

Dann Jochum brings two decades of experience in steel fabrication and the construction industry. He previously served as Project and Quality Manager at Specialty Construction LLC, where he managed the design, planning, and execution of structural steel, ornamental metal, and glass railing projects. MTH Industries stated that Jochum's hands-on knowledge of fabrication and operations is crucial for sharpening execution and strengthening client trust during the company's growth phase.

"Dann knows this work from the shop floor to the field, and that operational depth is exactly what will help us deliver for our clients at a higher level," said Ed Carey, CEO of MTH Industries. He added that Huynh's financial discipline and forward-looking insights will support continued growth with confidence.

Trang Huynh joins MTH Industries with over 18 years of financial and accounting leadership experience. Most recently, she was Financial Controller at Transport Holdings, overseeing the accounting operations for a multi-entity organization with revenues exceeding $40 million. MTH Industries believes Huynh's strengths in financial reporting, process automation, and internal controls will support the company's scaling by bringing enhanced financial discipline and faster decision-making.
