MTX Solutions Acquires Swift Works Assets to Bolster Defence Capability

MTX Solutions Limited has announced the acquisition of assets from Swift Works, a UK consultancy specializing in defence technology adoption. The deal aims to strengthen MTX Solutions' ability to support advanced systems throughout their entire lifecycle, from concept development and simulation to testing, assurance, and operational readiness.

As the defence sector increasingly shifts towards software-defined capabilities, modeling and simulation are becoming central to how complex systems are designed, tested, and validated. Swift Works' expertise in capability assurance, certification pathways, and operational integration complements MTX Solutions' growing strengths in advanced software engineering and synthetic environments.

Jamie Campbell, COO of MTX Solutions, stated that the acquisitions enhance the company's ability to ensure systems are not only effectively engineered but also understood, assured, and ready for operational deployment.
