MTY Food Group Announces Senior Management Changes and Organizational Restructuring
MTY Food Group Inc. is providing further details on senior management shifts and an organizational restructuring. The company will divide its Canadian operations under three distinct Chief Operating Officers.

MTY Food Group Inc. has provided additional information regarding senior management changes previously announced on May 2, 2018. Stanley Ma and Claude St-Pierre will be stepping down from their roles as CEO and COO, respectively, on November 2, 2018, to focus on their board responsibilities.
The company is restructuring its organization to adapt to its growing portfolio of restaurant brands. Canadian operations will now be overseen by three separate Chief Operating Officers: Marie-Line Beauchamp for the Casual Dining segment, Marc Benzacar for the Fast Casual segment, and Jason Brading for the Quick Service segment. U.S. operations will continue under the current structure led by Jeff Smit.
Eric Lefebvre, who will assume the CEO role on November 2, stated that the new structure will enable a greater focus on operations to drive organic growth and support brand expansion. He also confirmed the company's continued commitment to its acquisition strategy.
In addition to these management roles, Renée St-Onge will be promoted to Chief Financial Officer, effective November 2, 2018, succeeding Eric Lefebvre in that position. St-Onge joined MTY in 2012 and has worked as Controller, overseeing accounting processes and integration of acquired brands.
