A series of security alerts disrupted air travel across Europe on Tuesday as multiple airlines reported receiving bomb threats. Flights impacted included routes operated by Ryanair, Aer Lingus, and Wizz Air, with destinations spanning across Italy, Bulgaria, and Poland.

In France, an Aer Lingus A320 flying from Dublin to Rome diverted to Evreux Air Base after receiving a threat. Authorities confirmed that all 151 passengers and six crew members were safely evacuated, and explosive ordnance disposal teams were deployed to inspect the aircraft. Similarly, flights bound for Sofia, Bulgaria, faced diversions, including a London-to-Sofia route that was redirected to Plovdiv.

In other incidents, a Wizz Air flight from Milan to Warsaw diverted to Vienna, while an Italian Air Force escort guided a flight from Helsinki to Rome following a security alarm. In Poland, a LOT Polish Airlines flight to Paris was grounded during taxiing due to a report of dangerous items, though subsequent inspections yielded no hazardous materials.

These events follow a similar wave of threats reported earlier in the week affecting airports and carriers in Poland, Spain, Bulgaria, and Italy. European aviation authorities continue to coordinate investigations, though no actual explosive devices have been confirmed on the impacted aircraft as of Tuesday afternoon.
