MY DR NOW opens Midlothian clinic for same-day primary care

MY DR NOW launched a new primary care clinic in Midlothian, Texas, on August 5, providing walk-in and same-day appointments for residents of the Dallas-Fort Worth region. The clinic is situated at 4271 FM 1387, Suite 200, and will operate Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with weekend hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The facility aims to serve children, adults, and seniors with a range of family medicine services, including consultations for common illnesses, preventive care, physical examinations, and management of chronic conditions. Patients have the option to walk in, schedule appointments in advance, or request same-day virtual or in-person visits, and even house calls. The clinic accepts most major insurance plans, and offers a monthly membership option for uninsured individuals.

This expansion into Midlothian occurs as the city experiences significant population growth. With the number of residents increasing by approximately 38% since 2020, MY DR NOW intends to address the growing demand for accessible healthcare, particularly for families. The company states its model is designed to fill the gap often left by rapid development, where primary care access can lag behind population increase, leading some residents to use urgent care or emergency services for routine needs.
