Nammos Hotels & Resorts and Smokva Bay Partner for Montenegro Luxury Development
Nammos Hotels & Resorts and Smokva Bay have announced a partnership to develop an integrated luxury lifestyle destination in Smokva Bay, Montenegro. The resort is slated to open in 2029.
Nammos Hotels & Resorts and Smokva Bay have signed an agreement to create Nammos Resort Montenegro, a fully integrated luxury lifestyle destination within Smokva Bay on Montenegro's Budva Riviera. The project aims to establish a new benchmark for luxury in the Adriatic region.
The development will feature 117 keys, comprising hotel suites, exclusive residences, and villas. The resort complex will also include signature Nammos dining, a Mediterranean restaurant named Nalu, Ilios Lounge for cocktails, and a rooftop bar with panoramic views. Nammos Village is planned as a hub for art, shopping, and wellness, complemented by hiking trails, a spa, and fitness facilities.
Ahead of the resort's 2029 opening, a temporary Nammos restaurant will operate in Sveti Stefan during the 2026 season, offering a preview of the Nammos experience. Executives from both companies highlighted the project's potential to set new standards for luxury hospitality and destination living in the region.
The collaboration is expected to enhance Montenegro's appeal as a luxury travel destination, combining Nammos's global brand recognition with the unique setting of Smokva Bay to offer exceptional guest experiences.
