Nammos Hotels & Resorts and Smokva Bay Partner for Montenegro Luxury Resort

Nammos Hotels & Resorts and Smokva Bay announced on July 13, 2026, a partnership to develop Nammos Resort Montenegro. This integrated luxury destination aims to set a new standard for coastal living on the Adriatic Riviera, located in Smokva Bay, ten minutes from Sveti Stefan island.

The resort will feature 117 units, including 47 hotel suites, 61 branded residences, and nine branded villas. The architecture will blend Mediterranean and Cycladic influences, emphasizing natural light and sea views. The project is scheduled for completion and opening in 2029.

In addition to the flagship Nammos restaurant, the resort will host Nalu, an all-day Mediterranean dining concept, and Ilios Lounge for cocktails. A rooftop pool bar is also planned. The Nammos Village aims to offer a space for art, shopping, and wellness, alongside hiking and cycling trails.

Ahead of the resort's opening, a temporary Nammos pop-up restaurant will operate in Sveti Stefan throughout the 2026 season, offering guests an exclusive preview of the Nammos experience with dining and views.
