Nammos Hotels & Resorts and Smokva Bay Partner on Montenegro Luxury Destination

Nammos Hotels & Resorts and Smokva Bay have partnered to create a new luxury lifestyle destination at Smokva Bay on Montenegro's Budva Riviera. This collaboration aims to establish a new standard for high-end living and hospitality along the Adriatic coast.

The Nammos Resort Montenegro will feature a hotel with 47 suites, 61 branded residences, and 9 branded villas. The development, located near the island of Sveti Stefan, will also include signature dining, retail, and wellness facilities, drawing architectural inspiration from Mediterranean and Cycladic styles.

Scheduled to open in 2029, the resort will offer multiple dining options, including the Nammos Restaurant, a Mediterranean concept called Nalu, and Ilios Lounge for cocktails. A rooftop pool bar with sunset views is also planned.

Nammos Village will be a central hub for art, shopping, and wellness, complemented by walking and biking trails, a spa, and fitness amenities. For a preview, the Nammos Restaurant will operate a pop-up at Sveti Stefan during the summer of 2026.

This partnership represents a significant step in Nammos Hotels & Resorts' international expansion, intending to introduce its signature lifestyle experience to Montenegro and elevate the region's luxury offerings.
