Nammos Hotels & Resorts and Smokva Bay to Develop Luxury Destination in Montenegro

Nammos Hotels & Resorts and Smokva Bay have announced a partnership to develop Nammos Resort Montenegro, a luxury lifestyle destination located at Smokva Bay on Montenegro's Budva Riviera, near Sveti Stefan. The joint venture aims to establish a new benchmark for luxury living and tourism along the Adriatic coast.

The collaboration will introduce the Nammos lifestyle concept, including a luxury resort, branded residences, signature dining, and curated retail and wellness experiences. The development will comprise 117 keys: 47 hotel suites, 61 branded residences, and 9 branded villas. The architecture will blend Mediterranean and Cycladic styles, emphasizing natural light, sea views, and indoor-outdoor living.

Dining options will include the signature Nammos Restaurant, an all-day Mediterranean concept called Nalu, and the Ilios Lounge for cocktails. The resort will also feature Nammos Village, designed as a hub for art, shopping, wellness, and outdoor activities like hiking and biking, alongside spa facilities and pools.

This development marks a significant step in Nammos Hotels & Resorts' international growth strategy. The resort is scheduled to open in 2029. In anticipation, Nammos Restaurant will operate a pop-up venue at Sveti Stefan throughout the 2026 season.
