Nammos Hotels & Resorts Partners with Smokva Bay for Montenegro Development

Nammos Hotels & Resorts and Smokva Bay have announced a partnership to develop a luxury lifestyle destination named Nammos Resort Montenegro, situated at Smokva Bay on Montenegro's Budva Riviera. The resort is slated for completion in 2029.

The project will integrate a luxury resort, branded residences, signature dining, curated retail, and wellness experiences. Smokva Bay is located on the Adriatic coast, near the iconic island of Sveti Stefan.

The development is planned to comprise 117 keys, including 47 hotel suites and 61 branded residences and villas. The architectural design aims to blend Mediterranean influences with Montenegro's natural landscape and cultural character.

The culinary offerings will include the signature Nammos Restaurant, an all-day dining concept called Nalu, Ilios Lounge for cocktails, and a rooftop bar. The resort will also feature a spa, fitness facilities, and swimming pools.

As a preview, Nammos Restaurant will open a pop-up at Sveti Stefan for the 2026 season, offering guests a glimpse of the Nammos experience.
