French biotechnology company Nanobiotix announced advancements for its Curadigm Nanoprimer platform, engineered to enhance the delivery of intravenously administered therapies, such as RNA-based vaccines and oncolytic viruses, to target tissues.

The company has filed four new patent applications to expand the platform's intellectual property portfolio. These filings aim to support both the development of an internal proprietary pipeline and external collaborations. Nanobiotix anticipates the Curadigm Nanoprimer platform will serve as a significant driver of long-term growth.

Nanobiotix also presented new preclinical data at the 2025 Partnership Opportunities in Drug Delivery (PODD) conference. The findings demonstrated that the Nanoprimer, when combined with therapeutic vaccines, improved immune responses and will form the foundation for the company's initial internal product pipeline.

The company has launched Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) activities to support both internal pipeline development and external collaborations. Nanobiotix aims to address the challenge of rapid clearance by the liver, allowing a greater fraction of therapeutic agents to reach their intended target tissues.
