Nanobiotix Licenses NBTXR3 to PharmaEngine for Asia-Pacific Region
Nanobiotix has signed an exclusive license and collaboration agreement with PharmaEngine for the development and commercialization of its NBTXR3 product in the Asia-Pacific region.

Paris-based oncology company Nanobiotix has entered into an agreement with Taiwan's PharmaEngine for the licensing and development of its NBTXR3 product across the Asia-Pacific region. The agreement grants PharmaEngine exclusive rights to develop and commercialize NBTXR3 in the territory.
NBTXR3 is a particle-based therapeutic agent developed by Nanobiotix, designed to enhance the effectiveness of radiotherapy for cancer treatment. PharmaEngine will oversee future clinical development and commercialization activities for the product within the covered region.
Under the terms of the agreement, Nanobiotix is eligible to receive upfront payments, subsequent milestone payments tied to development and commercialization, and royalties on future sales. Specific financial terms were not disclosed.
The collaboration aims to expand the potential reach of NBTXR3 into significant markets in Asia and the Pacific, potentially making the novel treatment accessible to a larger patient population.
